I’ve been coming to CUT since it first opened and have been a long-time customer to Danielle. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you are always being taken care of. They are always attentive to your requests and needs. I always feel pampered and beautiful during my services, and they even offer you a free drink from Hardy’s which is located right next door. CUT is the only salon where I always leave having the best hair day ever!

Their employees don’t communicate with each other. As a new client I was going to discuss hair color the next day when my hair was to be cut by Michelle. The manager, Taylor, gave away my appointment to a “card” client, otherwise known as an established client. Meanwhile, no one had taken the consultation off the calendar. I was called by the manager? to cancel the consultation that should have been cancelled anyway, because the stylist badly sliced her knuckle and was leaving for medical attention. I saw her crossing the street with a very bloody towel as I was parking to show up anyway because they thought I was suppose to. When I entered the establishment, the manager told me that my appointment was given away the next day for the above reason. No, no one else would be cutting my hair. Next day there is a telephone call advising me that the hair stylist could cut my hair the following week. NO, there is no one else to cut my hair. YES, at this point I was livid. YES, I mouthed off. So….. I was then told by the manager Taylor that I WAS NOT A GOOD FIT FOR THEM AND SHE WAS HANGING UP. Which she did. The owners, Peach and Danielle Hardy have many businesses. I could not find their Holding company on BBB. No, there is no way to speak to them. Oh well. Not a place I want or need. I suggest you go elsewhere.
