Would’ve been great to know that they closed down their shop ahead of time before I went in at the time of my appointment. I found out through a sign on their door 10 minutes before I was supposed to get a haircut. I completely understand closing because of Covid symptoms because of the safety of others, but at least let your clients know ahead of time so they can reschedule
