I have fibromyalgia and it was recommended by my doctor to get massages for pain relief. So glad that this place is close to home. Shiloh gives the best massages! Both Shiloh and Anthony have been instrumental in helping me put together a routine to help get me back on the road to wellness… stretching and yoga are very important and beneficial to me and definitely help… when i am consistant 🙂 Custom wellness offers yoga, spin, personal training with all the gym amenities with no monthly contracts. Just renewed for another 3rd month for personal training with Anthony. We have been focused on upper body and lower body strength training. He helps customize your workout to achieve your goal while preventing injury during training. This gym is smaller than your regular 24hr fitness/LA fitness which I appreciate cuz you get that one-on-one training without being overwhelmed. Personal training is much more affordable than other gyms I have trained with which is another plus. I’m all about affordability without sacrificing quality 🙂
