Critical: ProfessionalismI tried to go in to get my septum pierced and the worker was very rude saying they didn’t know if they could. So I said I’d leave and wait til the owner was there and call. When I called I asked if they had anyone that could do a septum and He said they didn’t do piercings anymore. So I politely asked if they knew any other shops nearby that would, and he angrily said “no” and hung up on me.. waste of gas, waste of time, and horribly rude and unprofessional. I tried to go in to get my septum pierced and the worker was very rude saying they didn’t know if they could. So I said I’d leave and wait til the owner was there and call. When I called I asked if they had anyone that could do a septum and He said they didn’t do piercings anymore. Absolutely the most arrogant group of artists I’ve come by. Boss/Owner interrupted me several more than a handful of times after asking me questions before insulting me and blowing me off. He rescheduled me twice without telling me either time, then blowing me off once more. The employee was helpful and understanding, though just as arrogant. The only reason I dont rate 1 star is due to the unlimately superior artwork compared to everyone else in the zephyrhills/Dade City area.
