Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI had my hair cut and colored. I use to drive to Akron to have my hair done. We moved to Sagamore Hills a little over 2 years ago. I thought I might want to find someone closer to me. Leanna did a wonderful job. Needless to say she has never done my hair and it had been awhile. She took the time to see what I wanted. I needed a toner but I expected that as I tend to have gold/brassy tones. I love the color. She then did the cut. She knew exactly what I wanted. I had her take a little more off for good measure. I had a little sticker shock when I heard the price but she spent 2 hours with me, the toner, cut color and me being over the wall in love with my hair. Plus my husband noticed. Lol. Positive: Quality, ValueCustom Hair Design & Spa is a lovely salon. It has a relaxed atmosphere where I feel pampered. My stylist, Leanna, is recognized for her talent in coloring and latest hair trends, yet still can give me and other senior citizens the hairstyle that is becoming to us.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValuePlease do not go here this place will ruin your hair. Went in for a balayage and a straight haircut of 3 inches. Leanne did my hair. Not blonde at all a couple hours after I got home my scalp started burning and flaky off in scabs and she did a U shape cut that is uneven . This place should have their license revoke. Not blonde at all a couple hours after I got home my scalp started burning and flaky off in scabs and she did a U shape cut that is uneven . This place should have their license revoke. I’m trying to at least get a refund $174. but they don’t have the decency to call back

Color was not what I asked for. and she kept me there for 4 hours trying to fix it.
