Critical: Punctuality, ValueI got my hair curled literally that’s it no wash no dry no install nothing just curls and she trimmed where needed. Everything was cool but I was charged 80 I feel intentionally just me. The curls shouldn’t have cost any more than $50 if even that. I feel my demeanor and just being the kind of person I am is why I was up charged like that. I don’t think it would have happened if I were a regular or blended in better. It was definitely a finesse. The Only reason I didn’t say anything was because the lady was my elder and I’m just not a confrontational person. I really do feel played though. Also I was tell her to come at 4:30 as I called and advance to ask if they even had time for me, as it was last minute. Rushed to get my son there.. just for the gates to be closed and no one called me to even cancel the appointment or make me aware. When I called the next day the man who answered was very rude and unprofessional.
