For someone who’s been in business for awhile, I’d expect more professionalism. I told her I had piercings, be careful, she proceeded to roughly rake a comb through my hair (which I told her was curly and needed extra care), and RIPPED out a cartilage earring. There is damage both to my ear and the jewelry. Then she asked if I wanted layers. I said to do longer layers. I ended up with layers so short the longest of them was to my jaw. She answered a personal call during my appointment to gossip with her husband. I asked her not to go any shorter and she said I asked for layers and KEPT CUTTING. I paid 27 dollars for a horrible cut and and damage to my body.

I just been there some days before, there was an old lady who cut my hair, she was so much unprofessional that does not know from which side should she start cutting? she was using trimmer and going up down left right which ended up cutting my front hairs and completely ruined my hairStyle. After ruining my hair, she could not even see what disaster she did!! she said you good to go! i was super angry but since she was an old lady i did not say anything to her, just asked to make the up and down you made on my head make them little bit smooth that at least i look like a human. at end without apologizing for what she did, so shamelessly she said it is 21.50 $. i was so disappointed why i went there and get the worst haircut in my life and pay this much. One thing she will ask you first before even she start to cut, she asked me change the shampoo! i did not know what she meant, maybe marketing of their products. I used to come here regularly when I lived here, and try to get in when I’m visiting. I always get a wonderful cut. Teresa also used to come out and cut my friend Marie’s hair at her home — she was disabled and couldn’t get in for a cut. She had to work fast, as Marie couldn’t sit up for that long, but the result was always beautiful. Extra points for extra caring!

I live in WI and visit Fairfield several times a year. I usually have Theresa cut my hair while I’m in town. She’s my hairdresser when I’m not home. she remembers how I like my hair each time I go there and I love the job she does with my hairstyle. She is very friendly and prices are reasonable.

So, strangely enough, I go to a ladies hairdresser to get my haircuts. However, Teresa explained to me a long time ago that lady’s hairdressers also receive training in men’s barbering.

I just wish people will listen your needs first, and what you need to get it done, lady miss very understood what I need to get it done but she fixed the issue with color but yet when I get home to check out my hair color find out it was chopped not cutted, you will see by the picture.
