Positive: ProfessionalismI have been going to this place for about 15 years. Ever since I was a little girl. I have to say I have never met such nice staff and they always welcome everyone with a smile. Their prices are beyond affordable and rarely mess up. They ask how your day is and actually care about you. I’ve been to places in Arizona and California and I have yet to meet a nail salon like them. I have been going to this place for about 15 years. Ever since I was a little girl. I have to say I have never met such nice staff and they always welcome everyone with a smile. Their prices are beyond affordable and rarely mess up. They ask how your day is and actually care about you. I’ve been to places in Arizona and California and I have yet to meet a nail salon like them. Thankyou for all you guys do!

First time I have had a manicure & pedicure. The first visit was beyond relaxing. The second visit I had a different person, needless to say the first one was better. I did enjoy the second visit, they were just busy so it was rushed & noisy.

Ive recently started going here and love it! They have always been friendly, laugh and service has been great! I broke a nail recently and went there, they got me right to a chair, fix my nail and didnt charge me. The guys and gals are always friendly and the atmosphere is so relaxed. Won’t go anywhere else for now!

Went there for a manicure because we had an event the next day. When they started pulling the tools out I already felt uneasy. They’re tools weren’t sanitized, the buffing tool was white from use. I actually told them that I no longer wanted my nails done and they still had the audacity to charge me 11 dollars! They didn’t do no work besides trim my nails. I obviously paid them 11 dollars because it was cheaper than getting fungus or an infection. Let me add, before I let them know that I didn’t want service anymore, they were attacking a customer, I mean every emoloyee got up their chair, because she didn’t like the work done. I would not recommend this place at all. Horrible service, unsanitary and rude overall.

I wasn’t a customer, I was just waiting for my mom to get done with her mani-pedi. There was a guy that worked there, but didn’t have a customer at the time. He was sprawled out on the couch (for “customers”) in the waiting area watching Chinese videos on his phone with the volume all the way up. Annoying as he11!!! I’ll never go there for any kind of spa treatment, because I don’t want to have to listen to that the whole time I’m there!!
