Positive: Quality, ValueI had never been here prier to my visit yesterday, yesterday was my first time and with that I was nervous. I shouldn’t of been because it came out amazing 🙂 He walked me through the process of how to manage my hair and made sure to warn me about it which I believe every hairstylist should do. Besides the actual haircut itself, he was very nice to talk to! I had never been here prier to my visit yesterday, yesterday was my first time and with that I was nervous. I shouldn’t of been because it came out amazing 🙂 He walked me through the process of how to manage my hair and made sure to warn me about it which I believe every hairstylist should do. Besides the actual haircut itself, he was very nice to talk to! Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWe will not be returning to this salon! Arrived 10 minutes early for our 10:00 appointment for my mom and was told that our hairstylist Cynthia wasn’t in yet, so we waited in the lobby where we thought our hairstylist would come meet us. Another stylist informed us that she would reach out to her and let her know we were waiting. By 10:16, we were still waiting in the lobby. I asked the stylist we first encountered if she got through to Cynthia, to which we were then pointed in her direction in which she was engaged with another client. We were told Curtis double booked her. What’s upsetting is I drove down from Huntington Beach to pick up my mom in San Juan Capistano to take her to this appointment. We got there plenty early, waited for about 30 minutes just to walk out without any services. I feel this is a poor way to run a business.We will not be returning to this salon!
