Horrible experience!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I’ve been to 2 locations of this chain and they were both horrible. Don’t do it! It’s like they train the front desk ppl to be snooty and treat you bad. I cried when I left here because they were so mean. Parking at this location is not good, you will most likely get a ticket.

I didn’t get a chance to experience anything at this location. I went in for a nail refill and the nail lady was gone. There is only two nail techs at this location but only one does acrylic so they are pretty booked up tho the sign said walk in accepted. One thing I can say is the manager was very nice getting her nails done by a hair stylist that was there, Donie I think the name was if I caught that correctly. I would change my review once I actually can get serviced. I wish I could say more good stuff but from a costumer aspect when you close at 8pm and someone gets there before your closing time service should still be available. I work crazy hours and was willing to tip but was Turned away. Bummer. Guess they should follow me on the gram so they know social media is taking over this generation and reviews take a toll on a business. I hope I can have a better experience in the future.
