Had a horrible experience today that even made me cry. I was so excited to get my hair done by Currie because they’re very professional but please do stay away from Keri Shropshire. I showed her a picture of the bangs I wanted but at the end my bangs were so uneven and hideous. I can’t believe how she has a job here, she will only hurt Currie’s reputation. & she really needs to go back to beauty school. I asked for a discount. She told the front desk lady I wanted wispy bangs but I didn’t “liked them” so to just give me a discount. But please You guys tell me if I am overreacting or these “bangs” look like a 3yr old cut them for me? Obviously I wasn’t going to like them. I was not being a Karen. The very nice lady at front did gave me a refund. So thank you so much for that. I will add the reference pic & how my bangs look even though is very embarrassing.

I had a little traumatic experience last summer with an old stylist (not at Currie) and Haley was my saving grace throughout my journey! She was patient, understanding, and didn’t give up on me. She was so amazing when I did my weekly deep conditioning and gloss treatments that I can see that my hair is finally growing back to it’s original healthy state! Receptionists are very kind and everyone at the salon treats their guests with respect. 10/10 recommend!

I enjoyed my first pedicure and only my second manicure (!!) at Currie Kennett Square. The staff in the reception area we’re friendly, not snooty like at other salons/spas I’ve visited. The nail technician, Trisha was fantastic. I felt so pampered and respected. She explained each step and was very genuine. I would definitely recommend this salon, as it was very clean and inviting. I was happy to realize that two acquaintances work there as stylists, so I’m looking forward to a return visit soon.
