Cindy is absolutely the best. She cares so much about her client’s. It is evident by the way she does business and presents herself. Everything is always neat and clean. She communicates well via text, as she is usually with clients and cannot take phone calls during the day. I was on a wait list for a short time, and have been a client of hers for 4 years. Going to Cindy was the best decision I made.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueUpdate: As you can see Cindy’s response she continues to be aggressive, constitute, untruthful, and rude. I never had an issue with answering questions she sent! In fact, safety is paramount for me as a customer, Cindy was upset that I didn’t answer the questions the SECOND she wanted me to, again, I expressed to her that I would answer the questions ASAP, just needed time to put my son to bed, in which she became angry that I wouldn’t respond immediately. I’ve attached screenshots of my conversation with her for other potential clients to see. Keep in mind this was over 24 hours ahead of my appt, since I didn’t do this the minute she wanted, she cancelled my appt! All evident from my screenshots! Cindy continues to comment, argue, and misrepresent the facts. Run, ladies!She’s very rude! I was on her wait list for like a year, I sent her a check to hold my appt. she didn’t want to speak on the phone, only via text, which I thought was strange for a reputable business, but went with it! I’d heard rumblings of bad customer service, but since she’s the only one in the area, I took a risk. After almost a year on her wait list, she set up my initial appt. She sent me a questionnaire to fill out at around 10 am! I worked from 7-7 on top of taking care of my sick 2 year old with pneumonia. I was waiting to put him down to answer the questions when she sends me a message telling me to do it or she won’t treat me. When I replied telling her I’d been at work and would get to it as soon as I’m able she replied with “cancelling your appt and will have no openings for you in the future!”Each time I’ve spoken with Cindy she’s been rude, hateful, and acted as if I OWED her my business. Avoid at all costs!!!!
