I purchased for my daughter and the product made her skin far WORSE than before. Additionally, the little bottles you receive for the free trial isn’t enough to see results : 40ml cleanser, 25ml moisturizer & 12ml for script. By the time these were done and we had the regular sizes and we were charged the $70 for the monthly package, we were told we were still within the 6-8 weeks period it takes for her skin to get better. By the 8 week time frame her skin got worse. She sent photos and no response from the Curology person. DID THEY NOT SEE THAT IT WASN’T WORKING? No response. No adjustments to the script. No FaceTime conversation or even text/email addressing that the photos showed no improvement. They don’t care about their customers getting better skin. It’s all about the monthly charges. TERRIBLE customer service!!! AND TERRIBLE product.

If I could give them a zero star would!! Used their product for a month and gave me the worst rash all over my face, it was extremely embarrassing!! So i canceled my membership a few weeks before they were gonna charge me again and then they charge me again and I told them I canceled it and they said because it was already shipped out they can’t refund me!! Bs $109 in the trash because I WILL NEVER PUT THERE PRODUCT ON MY FACE AGAIN!!

All I can say is the little bottles you receive for the free trial isn’t enough to see results.the free trial size 40ml cleanser, 25ml moisturizer & 12ml for script, which was $5.95. You’ll be billed $65 every 60 days and you’ll receive product every 60 days the “large” bottles are 80ml cleanser, 50 ml moisturizer & 24ml script. It is NOT worth it. Tried to cancel the subscription before billing date, still charged and haven’t received any product. Never again.

I never really leave reviews because I have never had a product change my life like this did! Curology has really helped my skin out tremendously. I use to wake up to random brake outs daily and with curology I wake up to clear skin. I finally feel comfortable in my skin again! Not only is the product itself amazing but customer service is honestly the best! Best decision I’ve ever made was starting Curology!!

The one star is based on terrible customer service experience. You must know you cannot return the product as they consider this a prescription. My daughter did the trail kit. It was not for her. This made her skin peel. We had to stop using. I didn’t catch the auto renew in time. So when I saw the email come through I reached out immediately to stop the shipment. However, they wouldn’t refund me as they consider this a prescription and we never saw a DR. A little strange what they can get away with and make claims. Therefore on that note you will not be able to return the products. Most reputable companies are pretty good with credit your account or a return. I wouldn’t do business with them again as they have bad service policies. I just hope this all helps anyone that consider a purchase from them!

These products completely changed my skin!! I wake up every morning and I’m so happy with how my skin looks I used to always wear makeup due to my insecurities about my acne but now I’m excited to go out without makeup because my skin is glowing! I can’t thank Curology enough for this amazing business model that makes acne treatment easy, personalized, and affordable! Just in case you need further proof, I’ve attached my before/after photos 🙂 I took both photos without makeup and I didn’t add any filters. I’ve only been using these products for two months and I’m SO INCREDIBLY HAPPY!

I feel really good with your products. I think the survey you offer before purchasing the products in order to know the skin type and match exactly the right products for me is very effective and does the job. I feel like my skin has improved since I use your products, it is just as I wanted it to be more radiant, more supple and more pleasant to the touch. I felt like I was starting to see results and really like the concept of this business but the bottle pump tends to stop working after a couple uses. I decided to crack open the bottle since I didn’t want my full order to go to waste and realized the bottles are not clear, so you’re unable to see, but when I got inside, the treatment is only an inch deep! The bottle has the illusion you are getting a full bottle but it’s sample size. Not worth the money and felt completely scammed by the packaging! I would recommend finding the ingredients elsewhere from a reputable brand.
