Honestly I’m at almost for words… i was a new client of Emma. I just relocated from Florida. She did my hair 2 times and i loved it. I came for my 3rd appointment and waited in the lobby for 20 mins before she came out and told me she could no longer do my hair. I asked her why? She said because i was a new client and she just needed to let go. I have a business photo shoot to do on Monday today is Saturday and i now i have no one to do my hair. Again i am new to the area. Wow i am just lost for words … if anyone can help me find a professional natural hair stylist… i would surly appreciate it.

Critical: ProfessionalismI really hate to give this review; however after my experience today I am appalled at the level of unprofessionalism that I experienced. I paid a vest to Emma about two years ago, despite reviews of no shows, tardiness, I still decided to try her out. Thank God my first visit was not of that experience. Fast forward to a year later. I made an appointment as well as confirmed my appointment. I drove 1 hour and 15 minutes to my appointment and no show. I reached out to call her no answer. I learned from others in the salon suite that this has been going on with her for weeks. Later finding out that my friends mother had the same experience. This is very unprofessional behavior Emma. Given how many hair stylist would love to benefit financially given the current state of our economy and this is the behavior that is displayed. What is even more disheartening is that you have tome to post on social media but no tome to reach out to your customers with an apology for unconvincing them. Thank you so much.. lesson learned!
