Danna is amazing!! After months of going to stylists that didn’t really have much experience with curly hair it was a blessing to finally find her. She can actually trim your hair in it’s natural state, she doesn’t need to flat iron or blow dry it! This is the healthiest & longest my hair has been in such a long time. Highly recommend!!

Love Dana!! She doesn’t just cut your hair for you, but teaches you about your hair. She allowed me to LOVE my hair again!! I randomly found Danna and Curly Hair Studio on Facebook one night and I am so glad I did. My hair was LONG overdue for her magic. I have lived here for two years now and during that time have searched and searched for someone who could understand my hair and set me up for hair success. As Danna says, “It’s all in the setup:” This woman is a hair genius….my hair looks better than ever blown out or naturally curly thanks to her skill and talent. I’m telling you…she’s in a class all her own. Visiting Danna took HOURS out of my weekly designated hair styling time which is critical being a soon to be new mommy. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was honestly the WORST experience I have ever had when getting a hair cut. I went to get a trim and to add some long layers and she BUTCHERED my hair!! My hair looks as if she just chopped the top layer and she did not blend it. All while giving me the worst haircut I have ever received she boasted about how “great” she was and that people from all over go to her. She was very arrogant and rude! I will definitely never be going back to her again. Not to mention she charge extremely high without ever washing or styling it! I walked out with very frizzy and poorly cut hair. This was not worth the trip or the money! I feel as though I have wasted my time! I would have been better off going to a regular hair stylist. My hair looks as if she just chopped the top layer and she did not blend it. Many salons claim to have stylists that can cut curly hair – but they really don’t get it. Danna is the first hair stylist that I have found that truly understands curly hair, and I am happy to say she has been cutting my hair for many years. The first thing she does with new clients is teach them how to cowash their hair – which is much better for curly hair than using conventional shampoo. She helps her clients embrace their curls. She takes care of her clients and allows them to trust her with their hair. Her salon is a welcome sanctuary for curlies to come and relax – knowing they will walk out with a fabulous hair cut every time!
