Critical: ProfessionalismI have always disliked my curly hair and would do everything to change it. I constantly straightened it or would have it up. I recently have decided to try to work with it and discovered that there is such thing as a curly hair stylist.After much research, I was very excited about what Curl Hair Flow Studio offers and can educate me where knowledge is currently lacking on how to work with my type of hair. I left a voice-mail on Monday, since they are closed on Monday and Tuesday, and called them soon after they opened on Wednesday. I then called multiple times throughout the day with no answer and no response. Later on, I discovered that they had blocked my number so I can no longer call and I guess bother them.It was very disappointing to begin my journey to try to love my hair this way, especially being so excited to begin with Curls Flow Hair Studio. I don’t understand why someone wouldn’t want to increase their business and clientele base. Or how they can take the time to go through the process of blocking a number instead of responding or simply answering and scheduling a better time to consult over the phone.I pray the next curly hair stylist is a professional and can demonstrate how they care for their clients, prospective and repeated.I have always disliked my curly hair and would do everything to change it. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI took my Granddaughter to Angela for her first Deva cut. She has struggled with dry, brittle curly hair all her 17 years. She actually hated her curly hair. Many times she would spend hours running a hot iron through it to straighten it. She’s had several bad cuts from stylist who just didn’t care to advise her on how to appreciate her beautiful curls. Angela took so much time on her hair. Cutting it the way it needed to be cut. Advising my Granddaughter on how to care and appreciate what was given to her. Telling her how her hair defines her. She now knows how to properly take care of what she has and can’t wait to see the transformation over the next few weeks as she apples the lessons she has learned. We would definitely recommend Curls Flow. Curly hair is a gift and you should embrace what you have and treat yourself to the right cut and best products for your hair.
