Phailon was fantastic! I have fine curly hair that had unexpectedly become lackluster with straight sections over the last couple months. Phailon explained the changes were the result of pregnancy hormone shifts. She showed me where the new growth (which was my regular curl) was hidden under the length. She then carefully cut my hair (about 10 inches) and removed the damage. She adjusted the cut to increase volume, and my curly hair is back again in a very flattering shape.
