My daughter went in with an expectation of set price and a picture of what her and the hair stylist discussed. And the price went up by 60 and nothing was ever mentioned during the process of an increase in price. Then the outcome of her hair (money pieces/ front bang parts) and the highlighted or lower lights weren’t even a shade lighter than her dark hair. Very disappointed. Tried talking to stylist and she didn’t mention anything about rectifying the situation. Which is unfortunate because she’s never done this before the time or two my daughter has been in her chair. 🙁

I have been going to this salon and seeing the most amazing hair wizard Tiffany Gwatney. She has consistently done an amazing job and trust me I change my hair regularly. I always get huge compliments on my hair and have referred many satisfied clients her way. But know this, during this time, I have come to know all of the stylists in this shop and they are an amazing crew. The consult with one another, they support one another and they craft their trade together. That speaks volumes for this business and I hope that if you are looking for a new salon, you will come see these ladies.

I have been going to Tiffany for over a year now. She took me from hair box brown to a beautiful blonde over time, and my hair is healthy! She also does a great job trimming and styling my hair! My hair was dried by a stylist a few years ago. Tiffany Gwatney is so knowledgeable and does a fantastic job at correcting, and protecting your hair. My last appointment I had a bleach, Brazilian blowout, and also got hair extensions!! I have had so many compliments on my hair that I have not had in years!! I don’t have the name of the lady who assisted me- She did make my hair look good and feel healthy. HOWEVER, and this is a big deal to me, she completely ignored my request to avoid cutting it short. I have trust issues with hairdressers not respecting my request to leave my length alone as much as possible and lost 5-6 inches of hair.
