Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI called to see if they could take me in today bc I had totally messed up my hair with bleach. I had strands falling out of my hair that I did to myself, I was so embarrassed coming in bc I knew what I had done to my hair and it was not pretty 🙁 luckily Brooke completely saved my hair, and gave me tips on upkeep, on what to do and what not to do. She was super gentle with my hair, and did not share me for what I had done to my hair like some hairstylists do. It was a very comfortable experience, and it was affordable as well which I liked a lot. She obviously had to cut my hair, and although my hair was damaged she managed to save so much length which I was really happy about.Only thing I could say that they should work on, is being more welcoming when people come in, being more friendly and work on greeting them.But honestly it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this place to everyone. I know it can be scary going to a new hair salon or finding the right one. I called to see if they could take me in today bc I had totally messed up my hair with bleach. I had strands falling out of my hair that I did to myself, I was so embarrassed coming in bc I knew what I had done to my hair and it was not pretty 🙁 luckily Brooke completely saved my hair, and gave me tips on upkeep, on what to do and what not to do. I enjoyed chatting with them as much as I did having my hair done.I have super long (down past my waist) and difficult hair, and its almost impossible to brush at all when wet. I wanted highlights, which on hair my length, has taken ALL DAY at a different salon. Kristie did my hair, and highlighted it all quickly and BEAUTIFULLY! Its probably the best hair color I ever had. Not the slightest bit brassy. Kristie also re-shaved the bottom half of my head. (Yes, its weird but it works for me lol) The last girl I had to it messed up my lines and was very nervous.. but when I told Kristie what I wanted, she just went to it and made it beautiful again.
