Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI waited a month and drove an hour for them to tell us that the person we was talking to isn’t there and didn’t call to tell someone else to come in. And yes she did confirm the appointment if you continue to claim that she didn’t then we can post the pictures of the conversation. Bri said that she would get me on with a different stylist and clearly did not do that. If there was any question on her part about the confirmation of the appointment she made no point to say so. Normally this is a by appointment salon so I walked down from my shop just to set an appointment for a cut and Madison got me right in after her client she had already been working on. She is very nice and really knows what she’s doing. I appreciated her getting me in last minute. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning at 10am with Monica. This was my first experience ever dealing with this salon and it was the absolute worst!! I arrived early but the shop was closed until 10 am which was fine as my appointment start promptly at that time. I entered the salon and was not greeted until several minutes later. While waiting I heard what sounded like my stylist had overbooked appointments and I was expected to leave and she might know something in an hour or so. For a first time impression this was completely unprofessional and I will NEVER recommend this salon or return back. I understand I am only one person and the stylist probably does not care she lost my business. However my first impression and experience will be shared with anyone I know when asked if i know a good salon or not. Unfortunately I will be sharing my negative experience.

This is an amazing shop with some absolutely awesome stylists. Very professional and their work is beyond reproach. They really care about how you look and feel about yourself when they do your hair or lashes etc. A lot of talent in that shop. Wouldn’t think of ever going anywhere else. Thwy are perfect for me. I was going to give this place a second chance after my first bad experience (on my first visit the salons environment was very unprofessional, excessive amount of gossiping and judgmental comments regarding individuals. As well as my stylist not being the best at communicating with me.) Today I went in around 11:50 for an appointment set for 12 with Toni. After patiently waiting an hour and five minutes past 12 (the extra five minutes just in case). I decided to go ahead and cancel the second chance. The stylist knew I was there waiting, but no greeting or apologies on the wait at all. The fact that I was there for over an hour waiting and she didnt say one word to me… I hope this kind of service is not reflected onto other customers, and that this salon can improve. That being said, this definitely is not the salon for me.
