Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityExactly one year ago I got my hair died blue for my birthday and it started off good it was an empty building with just me and the lady, she got my bleach in and then another person showed up and she said she was gonna be right back so she could do her hair. 50 minutes later she came back to wash out the bleach, my hair was fried. Exactly one year ago I got my hair died blue for my birthday and it started off good it was an empty building with just me and the lady, she got my bleach in and then another person showed up and she said she was gonna be right back so she could do her hair. 50 minutes later she came back to wash out the bleach, my hair was fried. I did not feel like a valued customer one bit.

Jessica is amazing!!!! This is a great beauty salon that has been in business at the same location for years. I like that they stay up with the latest trends and Kelly, the owner, holds training classes. It doesn’t matter if you are 9 or 90, male or female, you are made to feel welcome. I went in for a color correction I just had to many highlights and want to tone down. My hair turned out okay but the brown they put in faded to orange. Also if you don’t have a lot of money don’t come here they charged me over $200 which I thought was a bit much considering it didn’t come out like I wanted it, also for a small town. The staff was okay over the top but not rude either. I think they just charge to much but since it’s not a corporate place I think thats why they charge the way they do.

I should have walked away following the poor customer service I received. I was left on hold for over 5minutes then told its because she got distracted by something (this was said while she was giggling). Then she was late for the appointment. The hair cut I received is like a bad 90’s do. It’s choppy and chunky. Now I have to wait for it to grow out to fix it, during which time I’m stuck pulling back my hair in a hair tie.

I was given Kaydence when I first came here, and she is amazing. I’ve not gone to anyone else since I moved to Silver City. She does everything from eyelash extentions to hair services, cut, color, and highlights She has done an amazing job on both for me, and I had an unusual technique done for my highlights for her to figure out, and she still hit the mark. She’s done a great job for me; very professional and friendly.

Sharae was GREAT– I came in with reallllllly long, dark roots, and she patiently and expertly fixed me up with highlights and a trim to erase the months I had been away from a salon. She was professional, great to talk to, and most importantly, a whiz at color. Now that I have her to go to, I’ll not spend so long away from the services I need.
