Got my hair done here. Outcome was amazing, felt like a while new me after leaving. Price was exceptionally good for everything done. Cut, color, highlights, blow dry and style. Recommended for all , very happy with the outcome. Staff is professional and very knowledgeable.

Came here not to long ago to get my hair dyed from a red-ish, brown to a rose gold. Jocelyn, the owner of the place did my hair and said she had no problem doing that color. In the end, all i got were some horrible highlights with a harsh line around an inch from my root. She said she all of a sudden couldn’t finish dying my hair that day. She charged me $85 and told me to come back when i wanted it finished. Both not only me but my aunt as well have both tried to get into contact with her and have had no luck. Very unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone! What i asked for VS. what i got!

I am extremely upset. I just moved down the street and was so EXCITED to have my hair done here. I called about what PERMANENT color line they use (I was a hairstylist in NJ) and I was told “Pravana”, I simply said “Pravana is SEMI permanent (so is Manic Panic- with hair that is not very healthy, colors like red- which I have-not does not stay longer than four washes). The woman got extremely defensive and told me “well I don’t know what you want me to say. That’s what I use. So what is it you want help with!?!?” And I said again “I’m just calling to ask about PERMANENT color line that you use so I can set up an appointment” and the response was “like I said, I use Pravana. So I guess that’s not permanent”. I’m very very disappointed in not only the customer service that everyone is stating is so wonderful, but by the lack of knowledge of hair product being used. I will be continuing my business with Pure Beauty Bliss in Stone Oak San Antonio.
