Critical: ProfessionalismI talked to Roni on the phone and she was very short and rude to me. I understand that she was with another client but she just cut me off and practically hung up in my face!! If she acts this way before she cuts my hair, l can’t imagine how she would act after she cuts my hair if l was unhappy with it. This no talk to client policy, and being rude to them is really ridiculous, especially if she insist on people paying $210 for a service that they haven’t received!! I don’t want my credit card charged. Fyi…Be more nice and professional with your clients, or if you can’t talk to them when they are spending their money, hire a receptionist to take your calls!!!I talked to Roni on the phone and she was very short and rude to me.
