Got acrylics done about 2 weeks ago. Right after leaving the salon I could see my natural nails around the side (she didn’t put the acrylic on my entire nail.) I had acrylic chunks under my nails and they weren’t filed properly. Do not recommend if you want clean looking nails.

I went in and made a appointment for them to fix one nail. Once I got inside the lady who was doing my broken nail was rude continuously telling me I’m asking them to fix a nail that I didn’t get done there. As I told them over the phone that I did not get it done there… she handled my hand very rudely and basically man handled my hand. She did terrible “fixing” the nail. It’s not the same shape, same surface style or anything as the others. She went very fast, harsh, and didn’t even try shaping the nail. Just very rude.

I showed my tech a photo of what I wanted and she created the look perfectly. No bubbles, perfect looking nails! I’ll definitely be back, the facility had a clean environment and everyone was very friendly too.
