Kayla is honestly the best massage therapist I’ve ever had, and I have never experienced so much muscle tension relief until I tried cupping with her. She is so kind and is the first massage therapist I have felt comfortable giving feedback to if I’m not getting what I need (which honestly I haven’t had to, but I feel comfortable saying something if I did – for instance with all other massages my lower back tends to hurt halfway through, which doesn’t with her, but if it did she is so nice I wouldn’t feel like I was bothering her if I complained). I recommend cupping to so many people, it seems so much more effective than massage alone. Only problem is I often fall asleep because I’m so relaxed and then don’t get to enjoy the whole massage, which is a good problem to have! I wholeheartedly recommend Kayla, she’s both the most talented massage therapist in the world and also a really awesome person in general.

Kayla has worked wonders for my back, for many years!!! I have been going to Kayla for a long time and she has been providing a cupping option for a couple years now. I like to tell people that cupping is like a deep tissue massage with out the “bruising” that it leaves. Cupping will break up the fascia quickly just like a deep tissue and it’s way more effective. I highly recommend a cupping session from Kayla!!
