Columbia is of the highest quality in her profession. As a professional ballet dancer with a grueling physical schedule, she always fixes anything wrong with me and goes above and beyond. She understands the physical demands of ballet as well as other physical activities and is able to tailor her work around that. I always walk out feeling like I have a new body! She is absolutely amazing!! Gives you the time to talk thru what’s going on. And is so helpful with showing you stretches to help your problem area’s. I’m going thru a rough time right now. So I have a lot of stress and tension. I honestly feel bad for the hard work she went thru to help me get the knots, stress and everything out. I walked out being able to breathe!! And I haven’t been able to truly take a breath in months. She is truly wonderful!!
