I have been going here for years and absolutely love this salon compared to anywhere else I’ve been. Everyone is so friendly. The environment is clean. Tammy is always able to get me on the schedule with one of the nail techs. I have never had an issue with anyone or anything. I highly recommend Rachel for any nail designs! Went with my little niece. We have a tradition of doing our nails when she visits. They knocked her design request out of the park!! I was so impressed at their skill and how well they did with her. I loved my stiletto sns nails too! This is definitely going to be “our” place!!

The atmosphere was great but everything felt very rushed. I got a manicure and pedicure. The woman doing my gel manicure seemed to rush and the ombré glitter didn’t turn out quite right and that’s okay but two days later and my nails are peeling and chipping. TWO DAYS. That’s ridiculous. Then- I got my eyebrows and lip waxed. It was SO RUSHED, there wasn’t any prep and she waxed and said “there ya go, you can look in that mirror” and that was it. Went home and had to pluck all the hairs she missed. Overall, disappointing experience and I’d go somewhere else. Atmosphere is nice and it’s clean but they seemed more concerned about getting people in and out.

First time at this salon and it was amazing! Everyone was very friendly, the salon was clean and they did a great job. I got a SNS manicure and eyebrow waxing, and my daughter got a mani pedi. I have found my new go to salon!

This salon absolutely DOES NOT HONOR appointments. My experience after 5 consecutive appointments is that EVERY-TIME the manager allows my person for my appointment to run over 30 plus minutes. She does not have any respect of the client’s time. She attempts to be sugar sweet, but her time management is terrible. She constantly lies to waiting customers with appointments telling them that their tech will be with them shortly and as always it is 30+ minutes. If you do not mind 2 hours at the salon, then you will be fine here. But if you expect less than an hour and a half, go somewhere else. She will never accommodate that expectations.

I brought my granddaughter in for a manicure/pedicure for her 13th birthday and I got the S&S. I couldn’t get a pedicure due to a sore on my foot but requested sitting next to her. No one sat there in that chair the whole time I was there but they wouldn’t let me unless I paid for a pedicure. My granddaughter’s fingernails were so chipped up that night that I bought polish, removed the lousy stuff I paid a lot of money for that same night and redid her nails. I have been a steady customer for several months but will not be returning.
