Hi my name is Destini and I am the owner & operator of Cultured Roots MT. My mission is helping you have healthy hair, no matter the color of your skin or the curl pattern on your head. Whether it’s protective hair styling or natural hair, I want you to love the hair you’re in while maintaining healthy hair strands. I am a curly and coily hair specialist as well as a braid technician. Other services I offer: curly & straight haircuts, curly hairstyling, loc retwists, 2 strand twists, hair coloring, deep conditioning, special event hairstyling and makeup services for weddings, photoshoots, maternity shoots. I believe in providing education at all of my appointments and I offer 1 on 1 classes and soon in person group and online education.

I can’t recommend Destini highly enough. Destini did my wedding hair and makeup. During the trial, she listened intently to exactly what I wanted and made her recommendations so my look would match with the look and feel for my big day. I could not have been happier. Destini is the best! She’s super humble and passionate. She always makes sure to walk me through exactly what she’s doing and makes me feel comfortable with my hair. Best money spent. I’ve been going to her for about 1.5 years now, every two months and will continue to do so. Destini always feels the need to push me out of my comfort zone (usually failing) but is very supportive with whatever I want her to do. She’s the best. Extremely affordable as well. So nice to have someone in rural montana able to help with black hairstyles and cultures.
