Updated Review: When I booked my recent appointment I asked to get a full set with Vin, they didn’t inform me until I got there that Vin had an “injury” and wasn’t in. I had even called on my way in because i was running 5 minutes behind and they didnt mention he wasnt in at that time. The Tech that did my nails did a decent nail art design for me and was a super nice guy, but the actual shape and quality was just not the best. I had to ask for things to be done that should have just been done. The nails are straight and thick, no Apex and some nails are thicker at the end. I feel like I was over charged for sub par work. The total was more than I have ever paid there for a set ( in their defense there was a lot of nail art involved.) I didn’t feel like haggling, and since my nails aren’t horrible, I decided to pay the the total and be done with it. I can’t in good conscious recommend this salon anymore because of the quality of acrylics, and because I felt like they are lying about Vin. I left 2 stars on because the staff is nice and they did a good job on my pedicure. If Vin does show back up I will gladly change my review, but I have a feeling I need to find a new salon/nail tech.

This was one of the worst nail experiences EVER! My pedicure was rushed and my colors didn’t match. The lady doing my pedicure used the wrong color and instead of taking it off she painted over it! And the nail polish from my manicure is running over the sides. Worst $80 I have ever spent and to make it worst their chip reader didn’t work making it seem like my card didn’t work. Then all the workers started to crowed around when I was on the phone with my bank trying to figure out the issue. Horrible experience!!!

I made an appointment this morning for 12 pm. I told them I needed an acrylic fill with a design and they said they would be able to do that and that they would see me then. I show up at 12 and they have me pick a color and they said that they would be with me soon. I also work in the plaza and i start work at 2 pm which should have been plenty of time to have my nails done. I sit there for 40 minutes without being seen, then when I finally speak to someone and say that I have to work soon, I show them what I want done and tell me they can’t do it in time. I have had my nails done plenty of times to know how long certain services take and there is a reason I made my appointment for the time I did. The whole experience was just a waste of my time and I definitely will not be coming back.

I’m giving a 2 because the salon themselves got me in very last minute and the lady who did my nails was sweet . But my pedicure and set on my nails left much to be desired! I’m disappointed that in a little under a week it looks like I haven’t had one in a long time. I’ve got pedicures at plenty of places and my feet have felt great for weeks after but I already need a new one after under a week! Not worth the price of $96 for a fill and a basic pedicure! My nails are already dull looking after a week, I’ve never had that happen with gel polish! I won’t be going back cause the quality of work isn’t work the price!
