I can not say anything bad about the place at all! Super clean and every is so sweet and kind! They know how to do nails and do them well! Nobody comes close to them!! Tary did an absolutely amazing job!

Wanted to try somewhere new and this place had good reviews. There were no other customers there when my friend and I arrived so they told us they could take us. Halfway through my manicure some appointments were coming in and I got passed off to a different tech. I also had just asked for tips and they ended up doing a whole acrylic set. I let him know the color he was using was not as dark as it should be. He kept saying it just needed more coats. He started a 3rd coat and I told him the color still wasn’t right. The original tech came back with the right color and painted over the old color. I ended up with a thick and lumpy manicure which looks and feels terrible. I will not be returning and will have to go to a different nail salon next week to get these removed and redone. Waste of money.

I had my finger nails done with Gel, I had never had that before. The guy told me if it chipped come back. the next day I had a big chip on one of my nails. I was so bummed. I walked in expecting them to do the one nail. the guy wasn’t there and a lady took me. she looked at my nails and decided to redo them all! Very pleased with her coustmer service!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been in FL for 8 years now and this is the only nail salon I trust. I have tried every other establishment in St. Augustine and Linda is the best nail tech around. Not only does she do an amazing job with my dip powder (which I have her pick my color for and have loved everything she’s picked), but my nails are the healthiest they have ever been. I can also go up to three weeks between appointments and my nails hold up. I am very rough on my nails and If there is ever an issue all I have to do is call and they fit me in immediately for a touch up. if you are looking for a forever nail salon this is the place! I’ve been in FL for 8 years now and this is the only nail salon I trust. I have tried every other establishment in St. Augustine and Linda is the best nail tech around. Not only does she do an amazing job with my dip powder (which I have her pick my color for and have loved everything she’s picked), but my nails are the healthiest they have ever been. I and my 2 daughters have been going to CT Nails since they opened. They are very friendly and very clean. I moved from NY and I love the long massages and they definitely massage for a very good amount of time. If I manage to break something, which rarely happens, they fix it for free right away. I had a great first time experience at this salon. I was a walk in client and they saw me right away. It was a simple, bright & spacey atmosphere. The women working were fun to interact with – very friendly and inviting. All employees had masks on. I showed them a photo of what I wanted & I left satisfied! Recently moved to the area and needed to find a new nail place after trying a couple that I wasn’t pleased with. I had gone to my prior one for 6 years and wanted to find another good one. I stopped in here and they were able to get me in very quickly. I wanted the colored SNS powder for my nails and gel for my toes. Kim did a wonderful job on my nails. Terri helped Christine on my pedicure since Chris was new. They did a nice job on the pedicure as well. I will definitely be back. It was nice, clean had friendly staff, decent prices, were fast and efficient.

I’ve been going to CT nails for a few months. I saw the negative reviews and had to write. They recently let two of their employees go (the ones mentioned in the negative reviews.) The remaining staff is EXCELLENT!! I get the powder nails from Kim and she does an excellent job. I bring my teen daughter sometimes as well, and love the friendliness and never feel rushed. I highly recommend.

My new nail place! I love it because it’s clean and Kim does a fantastic job!! You’re missing out on great service if you don’t come here! Shop is set up nicely with tables and chairs not being on top of each other, which is a big plus in my book. All of the employees are extremely nice and professional!
