This place is AMAZING. I’ve been to several other nail salons since I moved to the area and now I am not going anywhere else! I got a pedicure with lots of customizations–french tip, glitter, designs– and the woman who was performing the service NAILED it (pun intended ). I had pretty cracked heels too and she really went to town and smoothed them out completely, my feet feel so good. I have gotten tons of compliments and I love my toes so much! If you’re with somebody with a foot fetish, this is definitely the place to go for cute toes haha! Thank you CT Nails!!

I came in and asked for a full set. Showed two pictures of what I wanted a solid blue gel.. narrow square shapped, I have the most awful blue stumpy wide nails… the gel isn’t even. So there’s bleeding onto my nails and cuticles. I asked several times to fix it he said oh this will fix it this will fix it and kept going. Nothing was making it better only worse!now I’m in tears and I said this is horrible by gar the worst nails I’ve ever had. I showed him look how is this good. He THEN blames the fact that I didn’t get a manicure before on the uneven GEL! I said no way ive had my nails done and they have never looked like this mess. He said 55$I have gel on my skin all down my fingers. I said look°°° he said oh it will come off when you wash it.. so I asked to wash my hands it isn’t coming off he brings me a goo be gone type deal and said scrub it. I did guess what still there.! The worst experience my skin around my nails is peeling now because they are dry from scrubbing!!!!

She refused to service my mom, sister and myself within seconds. she claimed that we had to schedule an appointment. I was confused because the sign outside the window said walk-ins were welcome. I really do hope that her refusal wasn’t discrimination based. Overall, if it wasn’t for her refusal, we would have never found Kitty nails and spa, which was an amazing experience for us. It’s a shame CT because I am literally down the street from you and I like to get my nails done quite often. I was super excited to see that they did Sculpture nails, but as soon as the lady came up to the counter, that quickly faded. She refused to service my mom, sister and myself within seconds. she claimed that we had to schedule an appointment. I was confused because the sign outside the window said walk-ins were welcome. I came here toward the end of the business day. The salon is clean, and the owners clearly care about customer service. My tech (Cindy?) took her time with my mani/pedi despite me being the last one in the shop. Someone else would’ve been rushing to get me out, but I got the full benefit of the TLC that comes with spa services. I chose to tip generously as a result. My traditional mani lasted from Monday to Saturday! I will definitely be going again. Bonus tip: they have a loyalty card. You’ll get $10 off after your 9th visit.
