My absolute favorite place to go! Receptionist is super nice. And the nail techs here are amazing . My whole family goes here. Even though there’s a few amazing nail techs that have left , they always hire nail techs that are just as skilled as my last nail tech . Their new system sends you a reminder text where you can confirm or cancel & shows what exactly you booked. They also have a nice selection of colors! It’s heaven here <3

I went here a few months ago and was dissatisfied. The technician had to shape 1 nail and I was charged as if all of my nails were reshaped. I decided to try them again, give them another chance. The technician was on her cell phone the entire appt. She was using the dremel and checking her phone. She got my skin 3 times, the last time I said ouch and pulled my hand away. She apologized and continued her phone conversation. She repeatedly stopped working on my nails to look at her phone. At 1 point she asked me to give her a minute. I said ok thinking she had something to do. Nope, she sat there and was taking screen shots with her phone and complaining about something costing too much money and calling an uber. I finally spoke up and reminded her that I was a paying client and I was tired of listening to her phone conversation and waiting for her to do my nails. She snapped at me saying she was ordering a drink. She continued talking on her phone the entire time she worked on my nails. Another technician walked behind her and mouthed “I’m sorry” to me. It was very unprofessional and ridiculous.
