Everyone here is always so nice and professional and it’s always very clean inside. I always request Kristy to do my nails and she does such a phenomenal job. I refuse to go to any other nail salon. I’ve been coming to CT Nails for the past few years and have zero complaints. Everyone here is always so nice and professional and it’s always very clean inside. I always request Kristy to do my nails and she does such a phenomenal job. They do take walk ins but I suggest making an appointment because they’re always busy, but it’s definitely worth it.

Beautiful Indoor/Outdoor place. We had great service, veggies tacos were delish! (A third one would’ve been better than 2 ) the corn entrée was gone in a blink! The rest of the food was tasty as well! Pricing has gone up a bit, since last time we were there, perhaps the reason why the crowd was much older than usual. Hope they stay in business for a long time, because the place is huge! and times seem rough Quality and good service is key.

Visiting family here from California. I went here with my grandma (i got a french pedicure, my grandma got a regular polish pedicure) .. the $35 dollar option. I also got a regular manicure for $10. The people are every nice and conversational and also want to serve you best. I asked for my manicure last minute and the lady did a good job, she spent about 3 minutes doing it. As I was leaving, my guy put my socks on for me.. i put on my shoes and messed up my manicure doing so. But i ran out anyways and ran to the gas station to get some cash for the tip. As i came back, i told them about my finger and this other guy (Henry i think) fixed it for me up quickly, but leaving a polish on 3 of my fingers and my hand. I told him to split the $20 and give each of our people $10. He said “ur not gonna tip the girl who did ur nails?” making it kinda awkward & uncomfortable , i hate that. i said “no, not this time” and seemed like he caught an attitude. i eventually told him do whatever, give her $3 and split the rest between the other two. also i’m still left with 3-4 fingers that are messed up. it was around 7:06 on a Wednesday night (they close at 7) so they were cleaning and everything. overall, was a nice and pleasant time, you can definitely tell the difference between the people who want to give you overall nice service cuz it’s their job and the ones who just do it for the tips..

New to the area. Called a few days prior to get prices for full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. Could only take me at 3pm on Saturday. When I got there owner told me he only put me down for full set and did not have time for a pedicure would have to come back another time. Said he must not have heard me. No apologies nothing. Lee who did my full set was very good although he didn’t talk. I made an appointment for my pedicure somewhere else 2 miles away. CT nails very unprofessional. I won’t be back and they lost a good customer

I’m fairly new to this area so CT Nails is very close to home. The first couple times were great but the last 2 times not so much. Nail techs either forgot a step or two and I had to inform them at which time they tried to tell me I was wrong. My last visit nail tech didn’t file to smooth the nails and I didn’t notice until almost home. They were like knives! Should have turned around and went back but I was too angry and filed them myself. It’s pricey for nails and pedi so Customers shouldn’t have to check their work. They should remember their the pros, right!???

Unfortunately super disappointed. While Henry and Lee were extremely nice and the service was relaxing I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of work performed. The very next day my pedicure was smudged on both feet and my gel nails were already fading and chipped. 2 days later and it looked like I gave myself the mani and pedi. 🙁 I rarely pamper myself and for $70 before a tip, paid $90 total, I’d hope the polish would last at least a week. I won’t be returning and super disappointed at the outcome.

I love the shape of my nails, but the polish started to peel only 2 days after getting them done (gel polish). I called back to advise and they couldn’t get me in. Not even to fix 1 nail. So I ended up spending $30 at another shop to get a color change. Acrylic nails

I went here a few times and was very disappointed with the way they handled my bad paint job. My gel manicure came out horrible and i came back 2 days later to fix it and the owner filed my nail while i was standing up as if that was going to fix the problem (one was chipped already and the others were already lifting at the bottom) and then told me to take a seat, then after 5 minutes of waiting he was like oh come back in a few hours we can’t do it now. Wont be going back.

Absolutely in love! This was my first time ever going to a salon to get my nails done. I was nervous about how things would turn out or if I would ask for the wrong thing. I walked in and was immediately greeted. I was then kindly asked to wash my hands before my nails were worked on, then picked colors. They had a large variety for acrylic nails so I got exactly what I wanted! I was seated at station 3 with Larry. I’m very shy so I was nervous I would have to talk a lot, but Larry didn’t push me at all to have a conversation which was really nice. He was very gentle with my nails and very focused on them too. Overall he seemed nice and careful! The end results were exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back! The staff who I told my name to remembered my name as well. Overall, very nice people who I can tell builds good customer relationships with people! I saw multiple people come in that were obviously regulars and they were all very friendly. Thank you!!

Glad we went here!!! We have definitely found our spot in San Tan! Lucy did an amazing job on my nails. My daughter also got a mani which turned out super cute! Very clean and friendly. Call a few days ahead because they are always busy!
