I love this place have been going here for 3 years, but will find another place. The prices are going up and no one never said anything. Every time I call to make an appointment Henry answers the phone. I say who I want, but I show up and never get who I want or I have to wait 20-45 min longer. I understand some times you have to wait, but it’s like trying to get people in and not telling them a realistic time. Everyone is sweet. I just can’t afford to get my nails done once a month for $65 all I want is pink and white with color tips. I’ve never paid this much and I don’t need a new set every time I get my nails done.

I went to get nails I got done elsewhere soaked off because they looked so bad. Sweet lady in there took mine off and we decided to do a new set again. I am so happy with how amazing they look. She was so kind and took time to make them perfect! I will be back just because of her❣️ Dip powder

We’ve recently moved and visited again on our way through town. They missed us. The faces are still the same but the place has had a complete makeover. They’ve gotten new chairs, new displays, new soaking bowls. They’ve moved to checkout counter. They’ve done a great job updating.

I thought my appointment was with Henry, had I known he didn’t set my appointment with him I wouldn’t have went there Thursday. But I only had an hour to get my fill so I went ahead and used the lady he booked my appointment with. Henry knew that I only had 1 hour before I had to be back to work. I also needed my toe nail polish changed. Henry said no problem. My nails would only take 45 min. It took the tech 1 hour and 15 min. I was late getting back to work.. He tricked me by setting my appointment with someone else but to have a tech that was new and unexperienced was very wrong. He knew I was limited on time. All this place is concerned about is getting your money. I didn’t even get my toe nail polish changed. Had he told me that he was booked and couldn’t do my nails than I would have made an appointment with him for another day and time. Now I’ll be finding another nail salon. I won’t go back there.

I have gone to the same salon in Denton for 10 years, even driving an hour each way after moving to Azle. But my amazing nail lady is no longer employed there, so I decided to try somewhere local. I went to CT Nails today for the first time. Lisa did my nails exactly as I requested and was so kind and pleasant. She did a beautiful job. I definitely will be returning.
