Rude…. After waiting an hour, owner refused to use foil to remove gel polish. To save time he files the nail bed every time! He’s understaffed, he’s rude, so unprofessional and doesn’t care about losing clients.

Stopped by the other day to inquire as to whether or not they took appointments. Need a new salon since we are new to the county and not sure who to go to yet. Man behind counter said that they don’t set up appointments that I need to just come by. Well, when I go, it is myself and my spouse and we get manicures, pedicures, fill ins and I get occasional waxing. I asked what his hours were ( all I saw was him and 2 customers) and he told me “ go outside, look on window, hours are there!” Rude should be his name. We have been using our old salon for over 15 years now and they were always appreciative of our business but this guy won’t ever get the chance!

I went to get my SNS soaked off. I was sitting there over 30 minutes and the SNS didn’t even begin to come off. So I asked owner can he add something else to the bowl to soak it off or can he use his tools to file it off. He asked who did my nails and told me maybe I should go back to them to get them to take it off. So I left. I’ll never spend my hard working money there. Period ♀️
