Critical: QualityI called to ask pricing and didn’t make an appointment that’s completely my fault. However I came in and they had time for me one person started on me he was nice and I loved the shape he made, then a lady started on me and that’s where things went south. She was still nice for the most part but after people came in she started rushing on my nails and they look sloppy. She did this weird squiggly line that was supposed to be a tree but it was crooked off center and definitely wasn’t a tree so I asked if I could change that nail she said fine she just painted over the squiggly line you can still see it threw the glitter. I ask to put rhinestones to try to make it better she said she had other people but yea I said if she doesn’t have the time that’s fine and she said Thank you. I had to ask for more layers of glitter because it wasn’t showing and overall are just sloppy, everytime I brought something up it sounded like she said I was bossy and annoying however I could totally be tripping about this part. However I came in and they had time for me one person started on me he was nice and I loved the shape he made, then a lady started on me and that’s where things went south. Critical: QualityI went in last week for my nails for the first time and it was the worst experience. Cindy cut my skin on three different fingers and the nail polish went over causing it to lift after a few days. She tried to fix it but it didn’t work. Some of my nails started lifting after 3 days. I went in last week for my nails for the first time and it was the worst experience. Cindy cut my skin on three different fingers and the nail polish went over causing it to lift after a few days. She tried to fix it but it didn’t work. Some of my nails started lifting after 3 days. I’m providing an update because they should’ve lasted at least two weeks and they didn’t.

Positive: Quality, ValueMy 3 friends and I stopped in an hour or so before their closing time and they stayed an hour late to accommodate us for a mani/pedi a day before a wedding. They did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure our nails were what we wanted. Thanks again for letting us come in last minute!
