Dr. Steil took her time and explained anything that was unusual and possibly needed some attention. The most important element of Dr. Bognet’s work with me is that she offered and supported a non-surgical option, clearly not the most profitable for her or the practice. This was not only a relief, but also one I had not known, based on her on-the-spot check of my skin, which will possibly save me at least a month of unpleasant recovery from the planned surgery. Secondly, she was patient in hearing and responding to my variety of questions.
