Let me start out by saying, I am very happy with my experience at Crystal’s Spa and Salon. I get very nervous and anxious when it comes to my hair and salons because my hair is the worst type-dry, frizzy, coiled, damaged and on top on that, it’s thin and breaks easily. I never had good experiences with salons before but I can safely say this was the best experience yet! I had a keratin treatment done and my hair is so straight and so silky, two things it has never been before. I would definitely go back.

Can’t recommend Crystal’s mediocre to poor salon/spa experience, after what was meant to be a “me day” ended with a hair cut opposite of what I wanted and too short to easily fix. Poor communication from my pro stylist and no attentiveness in the waiting room–rough experience!

We were met with an aggressive and pointless response when we confronted these bozos with their own mistakes. These folks do not measure up to the least stringent definition of professional. Booked an appointment for my 12 year old to get a ‘perm;’ in every corner of this universe, that word refers to a process which produces waves, curls or other shaping. These clowns decided it meant ‘permanent color.’ When I returned to pick up my daughter and asked about their mistake, they proceeded to attempt to hard sell my 12 year old daughter (!) on a special technique to wave her hair. The owner Crystal tried to tap dance around the entire debacle, but since she has limited intelligence and gets her wardrobe from circa 1965 Joey Heatherton yard sales, she possesses zero credibility. Avoid Crystal’s as you would the plague.
