Had to go back to have 2 of my nails repaired less than 24 hrs after the initial service. They were nice about fixing the problem then exactly 5 days later the nail paint chipped. I’m here on vacation so it’s not like I’m using my hands to work a lot. I had my nails dipped have had this done for the past year but never had the polish chip off. I am disappointed with my service Lee was my manicurist I need my nails repaired now but I won’t go back there even if it is free

I did not have a good experience at this nail salon. I came with my mother and she asked for a white French tip and they pulled out the old school white French tips *First Red Flag* she said she wasn’t use to getting them like that and he starts continuously saying it’s cause she bites her nails. When I’m reality it was because he wasn’t able to do the kind of nails she wanted. Then I get a massage and they don’t do it for the full amount of minutes I rate my service a 2 because I care about how I’m treated and I appreciate a helpful and honest staff which was not what I got from the guy doing my mothers nails. The guy doing my toes was okay but I’ve been to better places in the area with better customer services so far I rate Apple Nails a near by shop better.

I went in 19 days after the traumatic birth of my 3rd child. A friend of mine told me to go take care of myself since I hadn’t been able to really take care of myself in 9 months. I was hesitant because I have lived in this area for 2 years and haven’t found a nail salon that can really do a great job, but I went ahead and took my friend’s advice and started looking for a nail salon on Google to go to. My feet were in terrible shape and really needed a pedicure! I am always looking for a permanent nail spa to attend and came across this place in a nice area, looked beautiful in the pictures, and most importantly they valued sterilization of their instruments and seemed very sanitary—that was super important to me!!
