Don’t show pricing anywhere so you get random prices whenever you go in. Made me bleed 2/3 times I’ve gone due to drilling on my nail beds. I pull away and they just ask “hot?” Like no, I’m bleeding. They don’t clean up as they go so when she put the dip on, several particles were trapped in the dip. Between destroyed and stressed cuticles and all these bumps in my nail, I have no idea why they charge $75-$90 for a full set with a French manicure. Nothing special or crazy. Also, the globs of oil they put on your nails immediately after and then tell you to immediately wash off, what’s the point of this?? To temporarily hide all the cut up cuticles? Then ask for payment after they’ve saturated your nails with oil. $60 for a gel pedicure (not offered any pricing or options besides color) that I could’ve given myself. No clean up of the nail bed or nail except for a trim. At the end she dumped a bunch of oil on my legs and feet and then got a hot towel. I’m guessing she assumed she could rub it off with this overly used scratchy towel while pretending to “massage?”but she didn’t. Leaving me to slide around in my sandals and making it very difficult to get to the manicure station and then my car.

If you like a good experience whilst also being serviced, this is the place to go! I was provided hospitality and nail services by Miss Amy. I’ve been to many nail salons in my life and most are getting you in and out but here you feel welcomed, loved, and comfortable. Seriously, one lady even told her customer she loved her on the way out and proceeded to say the same to each of her colleagues as they left for the night ❤️ You could tell they have a family oriented thing going on in the atmosphere & who doesn’t love that ?

Two stars for being open on a Sunday and accommodating my 16 yr Old’s schedule. However the staff was rude, my granddaughter was just left in a chair for 30 minutes without any explanation. The woman next to me asked for a $50 pedicure and then was told it was going to be $60. The woman who finished my granddaughters nails filed her fingers so hard that they were bleeding when we left. The place was dirty I even tripped on a towel left on the floor. They are cash only but don’t tell you that when you call. Conveniently they have an ATM inside that you can use for a fee. All the employees were talking and giggling among themselves in their native tongue which can make some people feel like they are being gossiped about right in front of them. We won’t be going back

Nice place, but be careful on quotes. I was quoted $35 but then charged $50! They added some stuff without telling me prices so I thought it was included. Before when I added things the highest it ever was, is $45! Not sure what they did.

Crystal nails is OPEN!!! I’m so happy, this is my favorite place to go for pedicure & manicure for the last 3 years. I always get the best service, never rushed, they pay attention to detail and always make me feel relaxed during and after my service. They also have remolded and the saloon and it is very COVID friendly, stations are spaced out with plexiglass in between, They a cleaning in between each customer and they are limiting customers in at one time. What a great experience, please support this business!

They did my nails and toe nails and they said it would be 65 dollars and then after they finished they said that will be 90 dollars just cause I wanted to alternate acrylic colors what a rip off
