I’d pulled something in my back and was pretty well out of commission from the pain. Went to see Cedar. She was informative and super helpful. Got the hot stone treatment (which felt like lotion) and Ashiatsu massage which helped. Knowing that the cause of my pain was likely a dislocated rib or a tendon, she also recommended the PT’s next door at BodyWorks. She’s a pro!
