Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityLet me start with the positive I’ve been going here for a few years before the pandemic. Service was always good. I get crytal with gel polish on my nails. I then started to get ny feet done. Ivy the wife of the owner was kind and gentle with my feet. She does an excellent job!Since the pandemic everything is by appointment to eliminate the number of customers waiting. I’ve made a few appointments and still had to wait 40min before being serviced. This is such an inconvenience and inconsiderate to my time. I normally take a break from finger nails around Thanksgiving with all the cooking and cleaning around my house. I just returned back today after a month 1/8/22 for 11am appointment. I waited 40min to getting in the chair. I asked Kevin the owner why I had to wait so long to be seen. His response “I didn’t know you waiting for me “. Who has been my nail tech for years did not recognize me. My nails are short but I do not like tips on my nails. Which is not any different from getting a manicure. Kevin began to ask how I wanted my nails. I want my nails shaped with crystal and gel polish. His response ” I can not do it” He’s telling me I have to get tips. I do not and you have done my nails without tips numerous times. My nails grow really fast so I don’t waste my time with tips. The owner Kevin then refuses me service. My response “you will service me. I waited 40min and I want what I want”. How does me being a paying customer get told I can not have what I want? This was very unprofessional behavior and embarrassing to me as a paying customer who has come to this establishment for years. The products are very good. His materials are not watered down but the quality and care for me as a customer was unprofessional and disgusting. I come all the way from West Orange to Bellville to get my nails done. I would not recommend this establishment for anyone. Kevin is more concerned about getting his money than the smile he puts on a customers face. I will tell my friends not to go here anymore. I want to end this with all the doubt he had in telling me he couldn’t do my nails he did just fine and it saved him a set of tips that I did not want on my nails. Where is Ivy? Let me start with the positive I’ve been going here for a few years before the pandemic. Service was always good. I get crytal with gel polish on my nails. I then started to get ny feet done. Ivy the wife of the owner was kind and gentle with my feet. She does an excellent job!

Positive: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’m so happy happy I found them ! I got my nails done bout week and n half ago, few days later I lifted heavy box at home and caused one of my finger nail tip to come off I called them and Ivy immediately said, not to worry just come in and we ll fix it. I showed up and they immediately took care of it. They were so nice and polite and really focused on fixing my “missing nail tip” that I actually decided to get refill on all of them and guy also changed the shape of my nails exactly how I wanted. I will go back there again because I can tell their focus is not money but making sure that you are happy with ur nails and like in my case I had “little emergency “ that my nail was missing, they just focused on how to get me in ASAP and fix it. And that’s the customer service I appreciate. Clients satisfaction first, before money. Seriously, nice people and FAST AWESOME services! Thank you guys !!! I’m so happy happy I found them ! I got my nails done bout week and n half ago, few days later I lifted heavy box at home and caused one of my finger nail tip to come off I called them and Ivy immediately said, not to worry just come in and we ll fix it. I showed up and they immediately took care of it.
