Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueLooking at the reviews I went there for the first time today. They were very slow, some were not wearing masks, and the place seemed unhygienic. I got a pedicure done and made sure they cleaned the tub in front of me. However when it was time to do the manicure, the lady was not gentle at all. She kept going into my skin and the last straw was when she CUT me with her file. She was filing my nails and did it so hard there was a gaping cut on my ring finger and was Bleeding! I asked them for a discount and they only took off 3 bucks from my bill. Not going there again. Customer service is HORRIBLE! Be careful guys as you can get an infection from these cuts and so many people use their equipment. Looking at the reviews I went there for the first time today. They were very slow, some were not wearing masks, and the place seemed unhygienic. I got a pedicure done and made sure they cleaned the tub in front of me. However when it was time to do the manicure, the lady was not gentle at all. I go to Nih who is amazing and does exactly what you ask her. She also does my eyebrows and I love how they come out every time. It is a very friendly environment. The male technician is also amazing too. He does my sister in laws nails and she always leaves there very happy.
