If you avoid her package she’ll be made & starts eminently drama. An old women always watch out side of room & inside movement too. I don’t recommend this place for real massage.

I was in urgent need to get rid of all knots and stress in my back and shoulders and Crystal Spa did all they could to help me and then some from the moment I walked in the door. Have visited Crystal Spa several times. Facility is always very clean and linens are fresh and clean. Being able to shower beforehand makes the massage more relaxing after a hard days work. Both Joann and Nicole are lovely ladies who give excellent massages. They can vary the type and pressure you need to make you feel relaxed and rested. You’ll feel so good when you leave you’ll be thinking about your next visit.

Called to set up appointment phone answered by employee “was told I did not need to call just come in” came in less than 5 minutes later from phone call and was told they did not have availability for 1 hr massage & could not tell me when the next would be available. Massive fail.
