Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI’ve come here twice, each for a full-hour massage, and each one was perfection. Inside it is quiet, relaxing, and the lady that gave me my massage is tremendously skilled. I am so impressed. The last massage was so good I could barely stand up and actually move out of there when it was over… I had drifted to La-La Land. I just felt so good. I decided I want to get massages more frequently and this is exactly where I want to go for them. Highly recommend.Edit: I am editing my review because unfortunately I don’t feel the way I did before about this service. I came another time and since I’m used to it being quiet here, I was surprised to find a waiting line. I didn’t mind waiting but I was advised to make an appointment moving forward, so I kept that in mind.I called and called the next time, with no luck reaching anyone. I eventually called mall management to see what was up, and they had to physically visit to see what’s going on. Turns out, they had a different number which management gave me. I then turned to calling that number, but no one would answer there either. There is no other way to contact them. Eventually, I said I’d just show up when I want my massage and just wait if I need to. When I went, I was told the wait would be too long for me (I had plans), but they offered to call me back to schedule an appointment if I left my name and number on a sticky note. It’s probably been months and I’m sure I was forgotten about despite leaving my contact info with them. I’ve come here twice, each for a full-hour massage, and each one was perfection. Inside it is quiet, relaxing, and the lady that gave me my massage is tremendously skilled. I am so impressed. The last massage was so good I could barely stand up and actually move out of there when it was over… I had drifted to La-La Land. I just felt so good. I decided I want to get massages more frequently and this is exactly where I want to go for them. Highly recommend.

The staff here are amazing. The quality of the service is the same or better than bigger name spas in the area.You should be aware before visiting that the lightweight curtains separating the treatment areas offer little to block out sound. Positive: QualityToday was my first time at crystal run spa. Jak was my massage person. He was amazing. I have never had a massage like his. I felt relaxed the whole time. I enjoyed every minute. I felt great afterwards. No pain and I had energy. I suffer from herniated discs and neck pain. And my body feels great. I can’t wait to come back.
