I took my 7 year old niece here today so we could get mani’s and pedi’s. The staff was really nice, friendly and provided us with a great experience. My niece was really happy with her green and blue nails and toes and the ladies added some pretty flowers too. My pedicure was great, I got the Royal and it was worth every penny. I left feeling really great. Also, our total was $125 and I told them please charge $195 so I can tip $40 ($20 each for the ladies). She gave me the slip to sign and I saw it was for $165. I said no I thought I said $195 and she said yes, that is $165. I was so tired and clearly not mathing. They didn’t take advantage. I really appreciate that.

I am so upset with Michael who did a terrible job on my fill. He took the drill to one of my nails and took off half of the length!! He said he did it because it was longer than my other hand. He also drilled my whole nail out underneath. I have fairly long nails and since he completely drilled away my own nail underneath they now look fake. He didn’t even ask me first if I wanted any of this done. He never said a word to me the whole time he was ruining my nails. I used to love going there when Rose worked there before but she quit. They are no longer worthy of my business. I’m going to find where Rose works now and take my business there.

Absolutely in love with the natural pink and white ombre nails that Yen (I think that’s her name) did for me. So fast but with attention to detail. I was pretty indecisive about what I wanted when I came in but she asked the right questions to help me figure out what I wanted. Favorite nails I’ve ever had!

Awful. I had to go somewhere while my regular nail lady was away on vacation. This place tore off my original set for no reason except to charge more. A LOT MORE. I told the lady not to remove them, but alas, she paid no attention and being ripping them off my nails. Then she made them so fake looking and thick it was horrible. They also still require masks on new customers, but returning customers are exempt? Really bad experience.
