Crystal Nails (under New Management)

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityHorrible! I did my nails with Wendy and she did a terrible job. I came in with all straight nails with just needing a fill and walked out with crooked nails on both my left and right hand. They are obviously crooked and the shape is wrong! When I told her my nails were crooked she told me that my fingers are crooked or that my nail grows crooked. Funny how my nail didn’t grow crooked before her nail salon. She cannot do anything other than basic nails and forget any new or stylish. She doesn’t have the skill or the materials there. she’s about 20 minutes late to every appointment And not even apologetic for being late. It’s an overall horrible experience there. The nail salon is not clean or nice. And she charges $40 for a fill- more than any other salon in the area and others ones are more professional and better quality. Horrible! I did my nails with Wendy and she did a terrible job. I came in with all straight nails with just needing a fill and walked out with crooked nails on both my left and right hand.
