The service here at this particular nail shop is really good. They have this iPad that sitting at the front as soon as you walk in for you to sign in. The facility was a very clean organized nail salon that they have going on. The nail shop is located on 441 off of 199st right next to Chili’s. so it’s hard not to get your nails and stop into Chili’s. I got to admit there isn’t that much parking lot. Or you know I should just say it’s a lot of successful stores in this particular Plaza so sometimes it’s hard to find parking so over all this particular nail shop I got excellent service way to go Crystal Nails

I’ve been going to the Nail Salon for about 2years always used Tiffany or David (Excellent Techs) can duplicate any design. However, these last few months 2022. Tiffany always seems to be too busy (RUDE, TALKS ABOUT CLIENTS TO OTHER CLIENTS GETTING SERVICED)and David lately has been Very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL upon me asking for service WITHOUT reason.. I went in the the Salon Friday to not ONLY be TALKED (VIETAMESE)about and HE REFUSED SERVICING ME … I used another tech and REALIZED that my MONEY can be SPENT ELSEWHERE!! I will no longer PATRONIZE CRYSTAL NAILS…. And, these FOREIGNERS come to our COMMUNITIES and be VERY RUDE!!! And, we still PATRONIZE them and make their POCKETS FATTER!! Had, I not been mistreated I would still be a CLIENT BUT, I have overlooked the DISRESPECT WAY TOO LONG!!! David sits in the 3rd Row first chair….

Good work but only 3 starts because their customer service isn’t that great. All they have to do is acknowledge the guests, and then communicate “hey it’s going to take this many minutes to get you to do this and that”. If you see somebody still sitting there after awhile just say “sorry about the wait we will be with you”.

Excellent nail work!! Love my nails, so happy, and I have high standards. Very hospitable service. The place is beautiful inside, very, very clean. I stopped in because I wouldn’t have been able to get to my usual nail place in traffic and this place had great reviews and deservingly so. Client base not ghetto, they had upper class to middle class clientele. In a clean strip plaza next to Chili’s. Thanks guys!!!
