Extremely satisfied with my visit today. Lovely shop that has RELAX whispering in your ear. Incredible Deluxe pedicure provided by Michael and a flawless Fill-in provided by Jenny. They have plenty of staff to accommodate Walk-ins while other staff members deal with Pre-scheduled Appointments. They offer each customer something to drink (water, wine, etc). The way that they display their color palette of products is very customer friendly. If you’re looking for a relaxing pedicure and fill-in that practices better sanitizing practices and a real concentration on customer satisfaction, it is worth your time to check them out. Their pedicure chairs are upgraded to eliminate the introduction of cross-contamination and this location is currently the only nail shop in Alabama with this upgraded chair configuration. If this location maintains their competitive pricing and elevated level of service they should be very successful at this location for many years. I will definitely be returning to Crystal Nails Spa for the services they offer as a regular and loyal customer.

I decided to visit Crystal Nails Spa for my regular routine natural nails dip set and gel polish pedi. I was greeted by the owner upon entry into the establishment and immediately serviced. Everyone was courteous and professional throughout my visit. Jenny did my ombre’ dip powder set. Jenny listened and executed the perfect results! Ann did my pedicure. These ladies were pleasant and attentive while servicing me. My regular nail tech had applied acrylic to my nails during my last visit versus my normal dip request, [which is why I was prompted to try Crystal Nails Spa]. Jenny was very patient with me in getting it off. I love their check in system. I hope that they continue providing great service beyond the grand opening. For this event they are applying a 10% discount to their already reasonable and competitive prices for all services until the end of July. They also recognize our service men and women by providing a 10% military discount with valid identification. My only complaint is after paying with what was preferred, cash I asked for a receipt and I was given one of their business cards with the total that I had paid handwritten and circled. Receipts should be optional… I always opt for mine.

I decided to come here because I had seen where they were newly opened. It is gorgeous inside, stunning!!! They offer something to drink and are so welcoming!! You won’t be disappointed!

I visited this nail salon today. I haven’t done an Me day in a while lol. So I pull up nail salons near me and start reading reviews on them an was amazing at the reviews Crystal Nails Spa LLC had. The greetings they gave was so welcoming. They ask you to sign in easy steps. Then I was asked what services I would like I got full set mood changes and gel pedicure. He guided me to COCO he was awesome very kind and inviting conversation. Then I was asking would I like something to drink I got an glass of white wine. Then I met Lene she did my pedicure omg so relaxing I get my feet done very often I give her 10/10 she was very attentive and comfortable. I would return every week if I stayed close but I was visiting. Thank you for the great experience and your loving customer service. Will come again when I visit again. Love my toes and my feet look great and loving my nails.

Went in today for a mani pedi and eyebrow wax. Kelly took great care of me and was super nice. She took her time and did a great job. The salon is very clean and beautiful and the owner checks on everyone to make sure they are receiving quality work. Very professional. And they offer drinks wine or water or soda. It was refreshing and i would definitely recommend.

This place is literally amazing! My nails are gorgeous and better than the inspiration pick! I was supposed to be getting a mani pedi, but had to get out quick for a meeting.
