Critical: Punctuality, QualityI went in for dip nails at 11am and walked out at 1pm. While I was there I was pawned off to all three nail techs working. I felt that I constantly had to wait on them to come back to me and assist me while also making others wait. The quality of service is poor and disappointing. I chose a color that was not what was displayed and when I told the tech she ignored me and kept doing her thing. By the time I walked out of the establishment I was frustrated. I went in for dip nails at 11am and walked out at 1pm. While I was there I was pawned off to all three nail techs working. I felt that I constantly had to wait on them to come back to me and assist me while also making others wait. The quality of service is poor and disappointing. I showed the tech what i wanted, (photo from Pinterest…white tip with the pink acrylic.) I got white tip with regular acrylic with no conversation they didn’t do the pink acrylic. They are wide and thick instead of slender due to too thick of acrylic. 3 days later you can see the thick edge as it is growing away from cuticle. Also they were supposed to be super square, told him verbally, as I type all day and they round from that as it is. Salon is clean, they are friendly and polite, but not happy I paid 40 bucks plus tip for not what i asked for

I’ve gone here twice and I’ve always been very satisfied with my styles! If you like a more simple elegant look, they can do it. And if you prefer something kinda fun and colorful, they can do it too. And they have complimentary drinks!

Really great atmosphere and prices. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The had to turn so many people away while I was there getting my gel pedicure which is still holding strong 2 weeks later. I highly recommend making an appointment.

Crazy expensive! $60 for a very basic mani and pedi. No massage. Extra $20 for gel. My nails are totally jagged and I had to file myself when I got home. Manicure, Pedicure, Gel manicures

I went here to get a full set and they did an amazing job. The price was 27$ but since I wanted coffin it went up to 32$ which in my opinion isn’t bad at all. They lady I was with was very nice and gentle with my hands. But she had to keep on getting up to help the customers pay which makes total sense to me. The place was pretty clean and had a fair amount of polishes to choose from. The prices were a really good price also. I love this place and definitely coming back

Critical: Quality, ValueMy feet were soaked in cold water for over 25 minutes. The gentleman that did my nails decided to cut them without even asking.(I just cut them 3 days before.) He pinched my big toe with the clippers, then filed it. That really hurt. I asked him to stop and he just looked at me and said nothing. Communication barriers are there, I understand. Was very rough with the skin on my toes. Polish was slapped on very sloppily. He got it all over my skin and didn’t bother to fix it. I didn’t say anything because I just wanted to get out of there. I felt very unwanted there. I’m really disappointed, especially since I don’t do this for myself a lot and was looking forward to relaxing.
